Delivery & Returns

Free UK P&P on all UK orders

International delivery is calculated on each individual order by size and weight to find the best possible price which is then discounted further.  We do not have fixed international shipping rates to ensure customers are not paying excessive amounts.

For International countries within the EU you will receive an invoice by email to pay for shipping separately once your order has been processed.  Should you not be happy with your shipping quote you can request to cancel your order and will receive a full refund.

For Non EU countries you will receive an invoice for your order excluding vat and including the shipping cost. Should you not be happy with the shipping costs you can cancel your order.

All orders will be despatched within 48 hours Monday – Friday.  UK and International orders under 2kg by Royal Mail, orders over 2kg by International Courier. Sale items may take a little longer to process due to large volumes

We can send special orders by Next day delivery or for a specific date, please contact us to arrange this service

We accept returns of full price items for refund or exchange if returned within 30 days from date of purchase. These items must be returned as new and unused with labels still attached

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and the initial postage charge for the order will not be refunded. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting and adequate insurance in case items are lost in the post as we are not responsible for any returns until they arrive back safely with us. We are unable to compensate for return items lost in the post

For exchanges please contact us to complete an exchange form. Postage will be charged to the customer for the new exchanged item

Sale/Reduced/Demo items are non returnable

Special Orders/ Bespoke items are non returnable

Faulty Items – please contact us within 7 days to discuss how to proceed. Return postage for faulty items with be covered by Foster Equestrian
